The Two Years Relationships
After Kenny’s incident, I began to lose confident with my relationship. I have not accept any relationships since I promoted to secondary two, is around nearly half a year. So I began to make myself busy so that I will not think of those unhappy things and when I am in front of my friends no matter how sad I am I will try to be strong and I smile and joke around. I don’t like the feeling, because this was not me. Haiz…
So on one Saturday afternoon, I decided to meet my friend out but I don’t know who to meet because all my close friends have to work on weekend, so, what about my secondary school friends? Although I have know them for 1 year but for me, I don’t really go close to them except for one girl and that is my best friend until now, her name was MS but that time me and her was not really that close and plus my secondary school friends don’t really understand me like my primary school friends. So I decided to go to my friend workplace and look for her.
So my friend works as a waitress at one of the hotel at Orchard. So when I reach my friend, Mary workplace. I glances around looking for Mary, I saw this guy who looks quite charming but not really handsome sitting at the corner of the café eating his lunch while reading book. Mary saw me standing at the café entrance and told me to wait for her and she told me that she is going to knock off for her work. So I seat the table behind the guy. Quite interesting, this guy actually attracted my attention and make me have a curious of wanted to know him better. So I take a big breathe and went up to the guy. To my surprise he was really very friendly and nice and makes me feel really comfortable when I first talk with him. We chatted for a hour until Mary knock off from her work and when I was about to ask him for his phone number, he actually ask me for the number before I am going to ask him. I was laughing and smiling for that day.
I am always thinking that on Saturday, that guy who asks me for the phone number before I ask him will not really call. And I decided to call that guy. When I were about to find his number, my phone rang, and is that guy that I am thinking. So I pick up my phone and answer his call, at first he told me his name was Tony which we met at the café at Orchard. He asked me whether I am free on Sunday afternoon; he would like to meet me out for a lunch. I was so happy and told him that I will meet him at 12 noon, so he told me that he will pick me up under my block. I felt so excited that I can’t sleep for the night.
I was so excited, even though I slept quite late on the previous night but I still wake up very early to pick my clothing and prepare myself. I spent two hour to prepare myself. A few minutes reaching 12 noon, I was getting more excited.
So when the clock reaches 12, I walk down and to my surprised I saw Tony was waiting for me near the elevator but when we saw each other I really don’t know what to say. Both of us were silent for a few second and next Tony break the silent with a “hi, where you would prefer to have our lunch?” “Up to you, I am ok with anything.” I reply. So he brought me to the road with is very near to my block and he suddenly open a car door, I was so surprise, he invited me in to the car, so I went in. I was thinking such a young guy and he look the same age as me, how can he drive and how he got the money to buy a car for himself? Ha ha…as I was thinking, Tony already sat beside me and there was an uncle sitting at the driving seat. The moment I saw the uncle I can’t control myself and I began to laugh at myself being so stupid and so foolish that I really think too much. So when Tony saw me laughing and being curious and start to ask me what is it so funny. So I told him that what about my foolish thinking and he began to laugh too.
Oh no…what and embarrass situation. I can feel that my face is really red and hot and I can’t even dare to look at Tony face. How I wish I can find a hole to hide. So I use my both hands to cover my face. Tony found that I beginning embarrass, he use his hand to take my both hands away from my face and told me that is ok and he even told me that I am the first girl he met will make him laugh so happily at the first time meeting. Oh my god…these words make my face redder and worst y heart beats much faster as usual but I feel quite sweet.
So after that lunch, a few weeks later we began to stead together. I feel that steadying with Tony I feel very comfortable and whenever we have problem we will tell each other and try to give advice to each other
But sometime what I really can’t stand is sometime Tony will have some 大少爷temper but can understand because he born to be a rich boy of course will have this temper but sometime is very difficult to tolerate him. Whenever he started his大少爷temper I will ignore him until he knows that he is wrong or sometime is the other way round I will scold him before he start to talk. So when time passes, at least in front of me he do not dare to raise his voice or he do not dare to vent his anger to me and I also realize that he tried to use another way to calm himself down when he his in front of me.
And like this we can be together for two years. Happy moment will not last, till one day his cousin, Jamie come back to Singapore from Australia and she lives at Tony house. Till one evening Tony brought me to his house to have a dinner with his family and at the same time he wants to introduce me to his cousin, Jamie. So when Jamie knew that Tony has a girlfriend, she seen to be unhappy.
Whenever Tony and I went for dating, Jamie will appear in front of us or when Tony and I was holding hands Jamie will separate our hand and walk in between us. I always feel that Jamie always purposely do these just want to separate Tony and me, at first I thought is I am thinking too much but one day Jamie called me and invite me to Tony house and she told me that she had something important to tell me.
So when I reach Tony house, at first she invite me for a tea but after some talk she told me that she fall in love in Tony since she was young and she won’t give up Tony. And more ridicule was she even kneels down in front of me and begs me to break up with Tony. When I was about to Jamie to stand up, Tony just came back from school, this time Jamie pretend that is I push her and pretend to fall and what Tony saw was the scene that Jamie fall herself.
So Tony immediately went up to Jamie and help her up, what I can do is just stand over there and I really don’t know what to do, next Jamie told Tony that she just want to invite me for a tea and next I push her away. But the problem is I did not do anything to her. Why she have to lie to Tony? And Tony went up to me and asks why I am doing this to Jamie. I was so speechless. I don’t how to explain to Tony and what I can really do that time was I walk away. What really disappointed me was that day when I walked away, Tony doesn’t even come after me.
The next day, when I just dismiss from my school and walk home, Tony was waiting for me under my blk. The first question he asked me when he saw me was why I need to push Jamie yesterday. I explain to him that I did not push her, in fact she fall herself but Tony does not believe. Such a disappointment, my boyfriend doesn’t believe me. So the next thing I told him was if i have already explain and tell the truth if he choose not to believe me, I have no choice and I think there is no use for being together and I told him to break up.
Although break up is hurt but if he don’t believe in you, there is no point still being together again.
